Education Law That Changes Lives

Seabaugh, Sydney

Mitch T – A New Addition To Our Team

Sydney graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School where she received her Juris Doctor degree. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Special Education degree. Sydney grew up in St. Louis, Missouri where she attended Lindenwood University and played Division II college softball for the first two years of undergrad. She then transferred to the University of South Florida where she graduated from the honors college with a degree in philosophy and a minor in political science.

Sydney’s passion for working in education law developed at a young age when her parents became foster parents to children with special needs and later adopted her youngest brother. Through Sydney’s personal experiences she has seen the unique academic, social, and emotional struggles children face. Her passion drove her to attend law school and pursue a career in special education law. Sydney is dedicated to being a strong advocate for her clients and committed to protecting the rights of students, children, and families.

Sydney has experience working in the legal industry, child advocacy, disability rights advocacy, nonprofit organizations, legal operations, and sports athletic compliance. She has volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem advocate where she represented the best interest of children in foster care and a high school softball coach.

She is dedicated to being a strong advocate to help her clients through the challenges of the education system. Sydney strives to do her best in everything she does, with compassion towards others, and by using her education and skills to make a difference. Sydney is thrilled to be a part of the incredible team at Windsor Law.
